Sanjeev Kumar is an IRS Enrolled Agent with hands-on experience supporting US CPA and accounting firms across individual and business tax engagements. He has worked closely with US firms on tax preparation, bookkeeping, workpaper support, and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and IRS-compliant workflows.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, which strengthens his approach to building structured, technology-driven outsourcing processes. His background helps Nimbus operate with clear documentation, defined review checkpoints, and scalable delivery models aligned with US firm expectations.
Sanjeev leads Nimbus with a strong focus on quality control, data security, software adaptability, and transparent communication. His experience managing offshore teams for US firms ensures consistent results and dependable long-term partnerships.

Mitali Sonigra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has completed CA Inter, giving her a strong foundation in accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. She has extensive hands-on experience supporting US-based CPA and accounting firms with end-to-end bookkeeping and operational workflows.
Her work spans daily bookkeeping, clean-up and catch-up projects, reconciliations, payroll coordination, vendor management, and client communication. She is known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple workflows without compromising accuracy.
Mitali plays a key role in client onboarding, team training, workflow standardization, and quality assurance. Her leadership ensures Nimbus delivers a consistent, professional outsourcing experience built on clarity, reliability, and client care.
